Adam Ridley, Ph.D. candidate at Southgate Institute for Health, Society and Equity, School of Medicine at Flinders University, was the first recipient of the INU Seed Money Fund. Collaborating with researchers from Malmö University, Mr. Ridley completed field work for his doctoral research focused on comparison of development, implementation, and effectiveness of multicultural integration policy frameworks.
