Announcing our four workshop speakers for this year’s INU’s International Student Seminar for Global Citizenship and Peace 2025, on the theme of ‘Nuclear Disarmament and Non-Proliferation‘ hosted by Hiroshima University, Japan.
The Student Seminar brings together expertise and different cultural perspectives from across INU member universities, both in terms of faculty delivering the program and student participants from around the world and from different subject disciplines.

The theme this year coincides with the 80th anniversary of the atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.  The seminar will explore the role of international organisations, especially the United Nations, in the field of nuclear disarmament and non-proliferation and examine how effective and influential international organisations can be in achieving this purpose.
