The Mission of the International Network of Universities (INU) is to advance the internationalization of INU member institutions through co-operation in university management, research collaboration and student and staff mobility. It allows member universities to provide a richer array of international activities and to share good practices. The INU has endorsed the theme of Global Citizenship as a common element across the teaching and research of its member universities.
Members of the INU have a strong commitment to internationalization, innovative teaching and learning methods and research. Another core value is the interaction with the community on both local and global contexts as well as the adherence to the concept of students being educated to act and to think globally irrespective of their discipline of study. The goal is to provide students with the tools to play an active role in creating and maintaining a more humane and sustainable world.
