The INU President’s Award was established to provide a possibility for the Network to recognise those individuals that have contributed greatly to the progress and success of the INU. The Award is given by the INU President with the support of the INU Executive Committee.
The first INU President’s Award was given in 2009 to atomic bomb survivor Mr Keijro Matsushima. The following year the Award was given to Professor Hajime Nishitani of Hiroshima University.
