The INU thanks all of you who have participated in INU programs and activities this year – you are the heart and soul of this vibrant international university community!

2013 will mark the 15th anniversary of the network. In the 15 years of its existence the consortium has encountered many challenges, including undergoing three rotations of presidency, maintaining communication and logistical support for an organization that spans five time zones and a natural fluctuation of members and commitment. However, the group has endured and has only grown stronger over the past years with personal friendships and ever-new collaborations among each other.

In 2013, the INU will continue to build on its staff shadowing. In addition to the three existing summer courses – for Global Citizenship and Peace and Environmental Sustainability – the INU will add a new student program for undergraduate and graduate nursing students from across the network this summer. In our previous INU council Meeting we have also developed a project proposal for “Applying Global Citizenship in International Higher Education”. These are just a few of the activities that lie ahead of us next year…

The INU wishes you all a happy holiday season and look forward to an exciting New Year with you!

Love and Peace
#The INU Secretariat
